A well-equipped utility room sits behind the kitchen and a door leads you through to the hallway which frames the pretty central courtyard. As you continue along the main hallway you will find the formal dining room with seating for ten, and glazed doors leading through to a lovely sun room with great views of the garden and access to a large patio area. Continue along the hall to a study and play room, and next is the dual aspect sitting room with plenty of seating for all the family, a wood burning fire, large television, and double aspect views of the garden.
