"We really loved our time at this apartment! Very clean, very well appointed, the parking garage was a great plus for us, and the location is ideal for enjoying downtown. The description says that it isn’t wheelchair accessible, but that didn’t really register with me until we were there unloading our luggage and taking it upstairs from the parking garage. That was a bit rough; however, we learned quickly that you can park temporarily in the lot at the main entrance of the building to unload your belongings and then park your car in the garage. No big deal at all! We felt like that would be a great bit of info to let guests know. I may have missed that in our communications, but either way we learned and loading the car back up to leave was much easier upon doing this. There are stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom, which is good to know if you have mobility issues as well. We loved it and hopefully will stay here again when we come to Wilmington! "

"Beautiful rooms, great garden, and an amazing host! I booked the romantic room and it was perfect for a proposal. Champagne, fruit and cheese board was lovely. She said YES! We both woke up to a perfect breakfast. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the boathouse! The space was very clean, safe, and beautifully decorated. It’s in a great location—close to entertainment, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do.When we first arrived it was a little cold, but once the heating system got going and with the help of the space heaters, the place warmed up quickly and was very comfortable.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several lights were out. We will stay again. "
