「This was our 2nd stay! We like being able to bring our dogs with us and we love walking around the farm and seeing the horses. This place meets our needs. The 2 bathrooms are a nice perk! Would have liked a regular coffee pot instead of the Keurig. We like our coffee!」

「We found the listing of the property to be very accurate. The beds were comfortable and all the improvements made to the house made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of parking behind the garage around back. The host was very quick in their responses to any questions that we had.」

「What a beautiful home. I’m so glad we were able to stay there. Thank you!!」

「What a perfect little home in a friendly and quiet small neighborhood! We only had a quick stay for a local event but this home would have been perfect for a longer stay. Everything was comfortable and everything we needed was there. The garage is an added space for hang out and relaxing. Time and care are in this property and it is very evident. Would definitely stay again.」

「Place was clean with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, complete bathroom, king size bed, and even a piano. Place was located in historical neighborhood. Would stay again lots of close restaurants within walking distance. Owner is attentive Would not recommend with young children.」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay and felt welcome as soon as we left our vehicle. The space is well thought out and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again the next time we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!」

「Our group of senior ladies enjoyed our stay. The house provided everything we needed for our trip. Having enough beds was especially nice. The kitchen was large and we enjoyed playing games, putting together puzzles and watching movies. We had a great get away!」

「Perfect place to stay for out trip to the Dayton area. The lodge was updated, spacious and perfect size for the two of us. Everything we needed was there to make the stay comfortable. Easy check-in and checkout and the hosts we super communicative. The outside area was spacious and set up if you prefer outdoors to in. More than enough parking.」

「Everything was great, enjoyed our stay, it was clean and well organized. The location was great for our plans.」

「It’s a traditional yellow springs home that puts you close to the center of town and its attractions. Well kept, and pleasant.」

「We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties this year and this one was by far the best! The only complaint I have is that the water (including from the refrigerator) doesn’t taste good. A Brita pitcher with water or bottles of water for guests would be nice. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The home was fully stocked with anything we would need during our stay including towels, shoes and toys for the pool, kitchen accessories, first aid kit, fans, iron and ironing board, laundry soap and...

「Everything was great. Everything was close by.」
