  • Bring the whole family to this ranch style, freshly renovated, 1300+ sq ft home in Wilmington with walking trails, tennis and basketball courts. Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry, cozy sunroom and an office space. All bedrooms have smart tvs and whole house WIFI. A 15-20 min. drive to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach a 30 min. drive. UNC-W a 10 min. drive and Wilmington Airport 6.2 miles from the home w/ shopping, restaurants and many amenities a few miles away. Pets are allowed but there IS a pet fee.

This cat friendly property was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Loved the sunroom and the backyard space! Enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen as well.

What a great place! We spent six weeks here getting away from winter in Nee England and this was the perfect spot. My wife and I both worked from the house with no WiFi issues. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked. Also very close to grocery stores and a few restaurants were conveniently located as well.

Location was perfect for us. Close to beaches, supermarkets and Wilmington. Neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed being able to walk and run in the morning.House was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved the sunroom

Wendy home was invited as soon as we arrived. The house has curb appeal which immediately showed to me that she cared. Code was easy to unlock the door, water and snacks available, which was perfect after our drive in. Home was clean and smelled welcoming. Grocery store was minutes away. Kitchen was stock with pans, dishes etc so I was able to make breakfast for my family before heading out for the day. Beds were comfy and was able to get a good night’s rest.

Fabulous!

Wendy’s place is beautifully decorated, and she had everything someone might need while on vacation. Communication with her was quick and easy, check in and check out were easy, and the house is in a great location-just a few minutes’ drive from the beach and downtown.

This beautiful home totally matches the online photos and is even more stunning in person!! The host included so many thoughtful touches and amenities that really made this house feel like home during our stay in Wilmington. I would definitely return for a future family vacation or weekend getaway with the hubby.

Home away from home

Great stay! Everything was super clean and comfortable, just as promised. Great location. Easy to get anywhere from here. This will be our go to when we're back in Wilmington, visiting our daughter at UNCW. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect in every way

We came for the weekend for a few concerts and this property was absolutely perfect! It was clean, had evening you needed, a great screened in porch, easy check in and check out and the host was very nice! I would 100% stay here again!!!

Home from home

Great location, very well equipped, lovely property with everything you might need for a short visit, or as in our case a longer stay. Wendy is a great host, very helpful and responsive to our needs. As we are currently between permanent homes this was a perfect place for us - a real home from home. Looking forward to when we come again

Wendy’s house was even better than the pictures. The beds are all super comfortable and the house isn’t missing a thing! If you forgot something, it’s like that there will be at least 1 of whatever you forgot at the house. My senior dog felt at home, wasn’t anxious or anything. My 71 year old step dad and twin sister agree that what you get for the price we paid was a steal and they both also really loved it. Quiet neighborhood, 20-25 min with traffic to the beach, Battleship and historic town. If we were ever to visit again, we’d for sure book Wendy’s home again. Truly was a home away from home. Thank you so much Wendy!
