Gym was well equipped and very clean. 24 hours! Room was immaculate and luxurious. Always Love a robe and slippers amenities. Room service was prompt and polite. Pro tip: Don’t order the shrimp! Front desk and bell staff were super helpful and friendly. I will always stay here when I visit NZ!

Everyone at the Hotel Britomart were fabulous! The hotel is in a terrific location, is super clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant & bar were great and provided a relaxing atmosphere!! We would highly recommend The Hotel Britomart!!
