Excellent hotel, walking distance to train station. Easy access to all of London’s tourist sites. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure staying here.

Very nice hotel, very close to Westminster Abby, Big Ben, London Eye, Buckingham Palace and other highlights to visit. All within walking distance and close to the tube for other sites.

Exceptional hotel, loved our stay. Front of house staff are amazing, best service I’ve seen in a long time, credit to the hotel. Food amazing, Japanese. Beds comfortable, Very clean & smells amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, can’t beat it for a tourist. There is zero signage indicating the hotel, so we had a difficult time finding it at first, kind of looks like an office building. Then the elevators were stalling and not working off and on… like 3 different occasions. The most notable time, the staff actually became annoyed at a group of us when we all tried to take the stairs after waiting upstairs for 5 minutes, saying that we were supposed to have security escort us down the stairwell? Which doesn’t make sense and it felt weird, they kept yelling behind us as we took the stairs that we just needed to wait for the elevators to work even though they clearly weren’t working? It just felt oddly hostile. The room was fine, there are just plenty of other hotels I would take a chance on before going back to this one.

Very modern, new, clean hotel. Great gym, rooftop bar is a can’t miss. Rooms very comfortable. Nice location. Issue with room AC on first night of stay was appropriately handled. Staff very helpful
