「The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!」

「We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and nicely located home in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the Monan Rail Trail. The house, built in 1936, has some squeaks and creaks, adding to its charm. Beautiful deck and fire pit with a big back yard. All four bedrooms were serviceable and the living room and enclosed porch were nice spaces as well. We would recommend and would stay again. Enjoy!」

「This is a fabulous neighborhood. Fresh Market is only a block away and so are restaurants. Wonderful place to walk and walk your dog. So nice to have lots of room and laundry area. Quite a few stairs in this home. No bathroom on main floor could be a challenge for some. We were thankful to find this oasis in a charming location and were happy with our home away from home!」
