Great location, right next to the boardwalk. Staff members were super helpful. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Our room could have used more places to hang wet stuff, and it was a little pricey for the size, but otherwise a good experience.

Great place. Rooms were great for the price. Small but lots to offer. Right on the boardwalk is nice! Very quiet and friendly place. The beds are fairly comfortable just a little old. We had a great time.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly. The staff is very helpful and truly want to fix any issues. The parking was problematic for us but the staff quickly helped us.

The check in was really easy. The location was ok, but I thought I was gonna be by the water park of the Moreys pier. Other than that it was an awesome experience. I got my steps on that weekend for sure. ..(-_-)..

The property and staff were great no complaints there at all, however the only thing I didn’t like was all the emails and texts I was receiving about my stay and asking when I was leaving. I’m on vacation I kinda wanna unplug and enjoy my stay for only 3 days and I felt inundated with information I had to reply to. I just felt it was too much. I would definitely stay there again though!

The room was perfect, very clean, comfortable queen size beds (which hard to find in Wildwood) The staff was extremely accommodating with our need for a ground floor room and a parking spot for handicapped access. They’re doing a great job, looking forward to staying with them in the future!

Excellent location next to boardwalk. Room was clean and comfortable for two adults. 4 adults may likely feel crowded. Bathroom is very small as that is to be expected with motels in beachtowns based on my lifelong experiences. Pool was clean and well maintained. Watching television was a frustrating challenge figuring out how to do so for a gen X'er who isn't used to streaming services, log-ins, etc.. I did not use the wi-fi so I have no comment on that. The number of rooms is greater than the number of parking spaces. If you get a spot you may not want to move your car for the remainder of your stay or you will need to pay at a public lot. Staff member on daily duty was friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of the check-in process as my personal identity info is too sacred to me but it went easily and I realize it's the new age of doing things. Checking out was even simpler. If location to the beach and boardwalk, a clean room and bathroom, and most of everything within walking distance are your main priorities than Pier Point checks those boxes.

On the positive side, Pier Point's location is excellent. Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as expected upon arrival. The floor was dirty, the sheets had sand in them, the AC unit's grille/filter was loaded with dirt, standing water was left in the coffee maker, and there was a persistent fruit fly problem. In addition, the shower curtain/liner was brownish orange and smelled awful. The staff was courteous and sympathetic, but they did not appear to have the authority to fully resolve the situation. My impression is that the property may be going through a transition, and the new owners may still be working through operational challenges.

This is a very nice property; our room was clean, beds are comfortable and pool is heated, the staff was very attentive and friendly and took care of any of our concerns quickly. The hotel is close to the boardwalk, we would definitely come back!
