The only issue was the hot tub wasn’t working right on Saturday. But they did fix it later that day. We love the rooms and the hotel staff are all very friendly!

I paid in FULL on the website 3 weeks in advance, and the hotel charged me $200 more. The hotel was TERRIBLE TV did not work, bathrooms was unsanitary. The Microwave was dirty and the glass did not fit. I am requesting a $200 REFUND!!!

Overall, room was good and in a great location, The bathroom could use some updating. While I was there, I had issues with the toilet backing up, but maintenance addressed the issue quickly. `So, overall, the room was good, but considering maintenance had to be called to my room twice in a two day stay, they could do a better job maintaining their rooms.

Dirty stinky room

When we walked into the room, it smelled like they cleaned the floor with dirty water kind of reminded me of really bad stinky feet. I then open the refrigerator and noticed it was not cleaned because there was food on the shelves. I also open the microwave and there was food inside the microwave. My husband had to clean the toilet because he said it was still dirty. Also, the blinds were missing so I hung up a towel. Not only did the light come in in the morning, but there is a police light on the street outside that would just flash in the room if you didn’t block it. If the room was cleaned, and at least all the blinds were fixed, this room would be a nice budget friendly room for a family. It is very outdated, but the smell of the room was the worst. I complained to the front desk and they did mop the floor, so it smelled good for one day and then started stinking again. I also complained about the refrigerator, they never cleaned that just the floor.

Family Get Away.

Hotel is a typical shore hotel. Not a lot of amenities. The rooms were nice size, that's about it. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator only. Had to bring an electric griddle to cook breakfast. The pool was a big hit with the kids and plenty of lounge chairs. There are 2 grills to cook on which are nice when they actually work. Hotel definitely needs updating. Nice thing is hotel is only a block from the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of eateries around within walking distance.

Upon arrival at between 2-3pm... front desk would NOT let us check-in... had to come back after 3: 30....pool CLOSED....although room had decent views of the town, pool, and a little bit of an ocean view, the room itself was VERY dirty, dusty and SMELLY! Even the elevator was dirty and smelled like urine! During our 2-Day stay we did NOT see a single maid! To make matters a bit worse.... the plumbing was so bad...the toilet clogged up and all that was provided by hotel was a very, cheap plunger from the Dollar Store. On our last day...I was eager to leave early...it was before 8am went to check out and give them their key card back...but no one was in office working and no box to drop off the keys...so I left the key cards in the room.... without any tip! I definitely will not be staying at this motel ever again.... nor the Quater Deck that is owned by same people who own the Isle of Palms....or Isle of Dirt!

Everything was great! Nice pool! And they left it open til 10pm. Most places close at 8. It says it does on the internet but everyone was cool and having fun, so they let them swim! Which is very cool 😎

Place was super dirty. I had to clean when i got in to the room. Towels was the worst bathroom was the most nast and dirty. Never again.

Booked with affirm and was asked to pay over $350 to the hotel directly. Rooms only had one outlet, we had 4 people staying and only had two tiny body towels... hot tub was cold. Will not recommend staying here as this was my first experience like this as we come to wildwood yearly, mutiple times a year.

You’re better off camping

Hotel is the most disgusting I’ve ever seen. Feet black just from walking from bathroom to bedroom. Water was off one day for hours. Sink only blasts water so the entire bathroom ends up soaked. Stains everywhere and random things in our fridge when we got there. Bring your own towels as the thin small towels they give you are not adequate for anything. AC broke the first day also and they only came to fix it after we threatened a refund. Elevator only works about half the time as well. Just stay away.

Non working AC..Television..shower..towels..toilet paper..fixed the first two..bought the last two..cold shower was fine. Sand in the beds, mold in the AC, cleaned it for the next guest, Also fixed TV..your welcome.

Not pleased

My husband and I had the worst experience. The motel is old, rundown and filthy. I was afraid to use the water in the bathroom it smelled of mold. The elevator was sketchy and always crowded.Not to mention I killed a roach. The guy at the desk wasn’t pleasant at all. Our stay was for 2 days. My husband got our money back the following morning. We stayed at another motel and enjoyed it. Would not recommend this motel. It needs updated and a good cleaning

You Get What You Pay For

We booked a cheap hotel, we got a cheap hotel. On the positive no bugs, comfortable beds, good sized room, pool and hot tube nice. The negative, poor upkeep, elevator is sketchy, not properly cleaned, mold above shower, no towel bar, bath towels are oversized hand towels and furniture needs to be updated. We did not get daily house keeping, had to go to desk and get fresh towels and TP.
