Wraparound Porch Downtown

No cleaning fees! We have over 275 five star reviews. Charming, completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of the historic Delano district. Stay where the action is--walking distance to restaurants, breweries, Riverfront Stadium, the Wichita Ice Center; and only a short drive to Friends University, InTrust Arena and Old Town. The home features a lovely screened-in porch with patio furniture, fenced back yard and private parking. Inside are cozy accommodations including a sectional sofa, 50" TV with Roku & fully stocked kitchen. The master suite is on the main floor and features a king size bed with luxury linens as well as a queen size bed. The recently remodeled master bath includes a bathtub/shower and also features a full size washer and dryer (laundry soap provided). The second bathroom is also located on the main floor. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms with queen size beds.

We absolutely enjoyed the weekend! The house fit all our needs and was perfectly located for our conference. The screened in porch was utilized several times for quiet time in the mornings and evenings. The temp in the house stayed comfortable no matter how hot during the day. Near Century II Event Center -Downtown

This is a clean home with two full-baths and is well equipped to host a large family or group of friends! The host is wonderful to work with and the location to downtown is easy and convenient! We had a great stay!
