Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Lady at front desk and gentleman who checked us out was professional. But my room was dirty, couch broke, there was brown stained on the white sheet and colored comforter that looked like blood to me but the older male who seemed to be the owner or manager told me it was coffee and dismissed my concerns and seemed annoyed, he did offer to change the sheets but I did not feel comfortable and requested a refund. He again dismissed me and i did not get a refund…. We did go to spark Hilton instead and was meet with clean rooms and great hospitality
