Come stay with us in this beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom duplex! Located just a minutes from downtown and the River, this centrally located duplex is the perfect place for small groups to stay for short or long stays. This unit has a brand new open kitchen with Quartz countertops and shared laundry space.

Delano is a trendy neighborhood situated just west of the Arkansas River and Downtown Wichita. With popular bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, this neighborhood is perfect for anyone who wants to get one of the best experiences Wichita can offer. Centrally located, you can get anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes.

Guests have full access to the back unit. There is a front unit that is separate. The two units share laundry.

The driveway is also shared. There is plenty of space for parking for one car in the driveway for each unit.

Abode I is the back unit of a beautifully updated Duplex. It has a shared driveway with the front unit and shared laundry space. Enter through the side door and walk into the beautifully open kitchen with bar, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful Quartz countertops. Enjoy the walk-in pantry, complete with a coffee station, small appliances, portable dishwasher, and extra storage for food. The bathroom which is just off the kitchen, has been beautifully remodeled with a tiled shower (that has a bench!). The kitchen also opens up into the living room which has a unique fireplace, built in shelving and large Smart TV. The bedroom boasts a comfy King Size Bed, Large Wardrobe and Smart TV. Not a morning person? You'll have no trouble sleeping in with the blackout shades and curtains provided in the bedroom. Enjoy sitting on the cozy front porch with cute patio furniture.

The house is centrally located, just minutes from the River and downtown. You can even walk to the River and the popular Keeper of the Plains.

The laundry and driveway are shared.

This does have shared walls with the front unit, so some noise does travel between the units.
