"This hotel is consistently great. Right beside Piccadilly station it has a brilliant location and an easy walk to station and all the shops and restaurants. It’s clean, has comfortable beds and is great value. Staff are always really helpful and friendly."

"Great location very central for travel options around the city with shops bars and restaurants very close by. Reasonably priced car park just behind with discount for hotel guests. Twin room was clean and spacious enough for a short stay with a quirky rain theme, tea and coffee. Beds were comfortable and we weren’t bothered by noise from outside (5th floor). Reception staff were friendly on check in and out. Would be happy to recommend"

"This hotel was fantastic, the room was so spacious including a large bedroom / sitting area and a bathroom with large tub and stand up shower. We had emailed a few days in advance asking for early check in due to an early morning inbound flight, agreed on payment over email and then were given different information at the desk that the fee would be higher. As we had it in writing they agreed to the original price, but the person at the desk wasn't so kind during our interaction. That initial encounter made us feel the stay would be a challenge, but the location of the property and the room itself really turned it around for us. We were central to the Gay Village and China Town, and only a short walk to transit, restaurants, bars etc. Blackout curtains from floor to ceiling made sleeping in very easy, and there was no noise transfer between rooms and hallways. Would love to stay here again, fantastic visit."

"Hotel is very central, 5-10 mins walk from Piccadilly Station. I have stayed here a couple times for the convenience and price. Its a 'no fuss' hotel - really large with loads of rooms but old. That being said its in absolutely OK condition, facilities all worked, bathroom was clean and modern, bed was clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. It definitely attracts a younger crowd but was quiet all night (on a Friday). Only minor issue is there's always a line for check-in, despite checking in on line the previous night. Otherwise a perfectly pleasant stay."
