綺麗なホテルと親切なスタッフ
2018-5/20～23の三日間をビーチクラブで過ごしました。 部屋に入って目に飛び込んできたのがオーシャンビュー。 とても感動しました・・・ 部屋の広さはそこまでではないですが、清潔で、快適で何不自由なく過ごせます。 島に着くなり島内散策で出掛け、野生のワラビーやカラフルな鳥に癒され 部屋に戻るとウェルカムシャンパンがありました。 気分が高まります！！！ 滞在中の夜はビーチクラブレストランやマリーナにあるいくつかのレストランで食事をしました。 レストランはどこも美味しいです。 しかし、オージー向けなので日本人には量が多いなと感じます。 たくさん食べたい私たちには最適でした。 量やメニューが気になる方は、日本人ツアーデスクで聞いてみると日本人向けのコースなども予約してくれるので利用してみてください。 三種類くらいのコースメニュ―を提示してくれます。 ただ、日本人ツアーデスクを通すと、料理やアクティビティーツアーがすべてが微妙に高く（15～２０＄）アレンジされているような気になります（個人的主観です、悪しからず）。 私たちの拙い英語で直接注文しても存分に楽しめたので、せっかくの海外リゾートですし頑張って注文して美味しい料理を食べるのも思い出なりますよ。 島内はほんとに平和で、みんなが親切で安心できます。 また、どのお店も基本的にはルームチャージにできるので財布やカバンを持ち歩く必要はないと思います。ビーチに出る際にはホテルがタオルや日焼け止めを貸してくれるので、手ぶらでＯＫ。最高ですね。 新婚旅行に行きたいけど、ハワイやグアムとか、皆が行くところじゃないところがいい・・・けどリゾートでのんびりしたい・・・ という風に考えている方にはとてもおすすめです。 ぜひあのきれいな海と、最高のリゾートを味わってみてください。

目の前がホテルのプライベートビーチになっています。また、空港到着からホテルへの送迎、ホテルから各アクティビティの予約、レストランなどへの送迎も全て専用車です。カートをレンタルする必要もなく、すごくゆっくりすることが出来ました。ホテル内レストランはディナーはもちろん、朝食もすごく美味しいです。 是非最低3泊は泊まってください

18歳未満は宿泊できないということもあって、落ち着いた大人の空間という感じでした。 部屋もゆったりとした作りで、大きなバルコニーからはビーチが見え、波の音を聞きながら眠るのがとても心地良かったです。 是非また泊まりにいきたいです。 ※真向かいのリーフビューホテルの中に島内滞在中のゲストのための日本語デスクがありますが、全く使い物になりません。 英語ができるのであれば、なんでもビーチクラブのレセプションに頼んだ方が確実です。

Excellent experience
Staff is very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and well equipped. We requested a ground floor room just a week before our stay but they were kind enough to prepare it for us. We had the direct access to the beach,which was fantastic. I would definitely come back to Beach Club if I went to Hamilton island.

快適な１週間のステイでした。
ハミルトン島に１週間、滞在しました。ホテルの部屋は割と簡素な感じでしたが、部屋からのビュウーが海が近くてとても素敵でした。スタッフの方たちがとても感じが良くて、何の不自由も感じませんでした。レストランも毎朝食と夕食を２回、ビーチクラブで取りましたが、プールエッジの場所も気持ちよく、味もとてもよかったです。リゾートでは食事も結構だいじな要素なので、その部分では満足しました。 ちょっと、と思ったことは、部屋のクリーニングが午後の遅い時間になっても来ていなかったことと、掃除がけっこういいかげんで、前の日の砂が床に残っていたりで、もう少しきれいにして欲しいかな、と思いました。 でも、私たちにとってはとても思い出深く、海を眺めて、海で遊んで、美味しいものを食べてと充実した休日だったので、そういう時間を過ごせたビーチクラブには感謝です。また、機会があったら行きたい。

素敵すぎます！
１泊でしたが、すごく素敵でした！！ 日本語が話せるスタッフの方がいないのでスムーズに伝わらない事はありますが、サービスや対応もとてもよかったです。 １８歳以下は宿泊出来ないようなので静かにゆっくりした時間が過ごせます。 なによりロケーションが素敵すぎます！ お部屋も快適でした。

Excellent location with direct access to the beach and only a couple minutes walk down to the marina. Staff are wonderful and accommodating. Lots of included little perks such as free on-demand transfers to/from anywhere on the island and breakfast/food can be delivered to the room at no additional charge. Main pool is heated, which was a fantastic treat being we came in low season when thble ocean was just a tad cool. All up would definitely recommend and return in a heartbeat.

The view is everything. The rooms are very tired and the beds are very uncomfortable. When you read CLUB you expect club access like most 5 star hotels. Inclusive breakfast, morning and afternoon tea with canapés and drinks of an evening. You would think for $680 per night this is something that would be offered. But it is not. I have stayed at the beach Club multiple times and expressed this issue time and time again. But you’re on an island they can charge and do as they like. I am sure people will love it for the beach access and view but it’s not worth the $680 per night.

Beach Club is incredible! We had an amazing view, wallabies were outside our door every day, no kids (I’m a teacher and needed a break!), most of the staff was so kind and helpful, easy to get around the island with their staff driving anywhere you want to go, check in was easy and wonderful! I would love to return someday! My only issue was with the restaurant manager one evening. My husband and I had reservations but when we showed up were told we couldn’t be seated because my husband was wearing flip flops. We went back to our room so he could change his shoes and we were shown a table. Not long after an older couple showed up and both were wearing flip flops but were seated without issue. This really bothered me. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone to stay there.

This is such a great option for those people wanting luxury and a quieter place to relax away from the busyness of the rest of the island. We loved being able to walk out from our room onto a courtyard and then onto the beach. The service from all areas of the Beach Club was exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Having the private transport available to take us anywhere at anytime was very handy and a nice touch. The food and cocktails were amazing and lots of options to choose from. The room had everything we needed and the Aesop toiletries and turn down service were another nice touch to complete the overall uniqueness and luxury of the resort. We couldn’t fault the Beach Club at all and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The exclusive beachfront and infinity pool can’t be best. Absolutely perfect location to relax and enjoy the Sun, sand and water (pool or beach). Service was excellent and friendly. On property restaurant was great for both breakfast (included) and dinner. And really no need for a car as the staff will drive you to nearby restaurants and to the harbor (where trips to the reef embark from) as well as pick up from and to the Hamilton Island airport. I recommend it highly.

Level of service was second to none. Staff is incredibly polite , courteous and attentive. Views are outstanding. Amenities galore. Personal chauffeurs to anywhere anytime.Rooms are modern and well equipped and have stunning views. Exterior cladding requires some updating

First time ever to feel so special as a guest, from the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff looked after us and treated us nicely, the staff are friendly amenities are clean, staff are very nice and best thing is being an adult only hotel allows you to relax and unwind away from the noise of other hotels and beaches. Only down side was internet was not working at some times.

Was amazing from check in to check out! Staff are friendly and always attentive to your needs. I was very impressed with facilities and dining, especially breakfast. After checkout at 10am and awaiting a mid afternoon flight, we were still able to use all facilities and even transported to airport many hours after checking out. A truly 5 star experience!
