"Great hotel everything that mattered was perfect breakfast great range of unlimited continental breakfast toast, cereal fruit and yogurt, then a choice of cooked breakfast (quality over quantity on the cooked element).beautiful fish tanks throughout public areas and outside. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable with comfy bed good desk and chairs, great hotel I would love to stay again. "We had a 'cozy' room, meaning tiny, but it was nicely furnished with a TV and nice bathroom with a strong shower. The receptionist staff was friendly and helpful, pointing out the happy hour at the bar. 2 for 1 deal plus a cheese plate. The hotel is centrally located with parking behind ( parking in Canterbury is expensive). Very close to the town center and restaurants. Decent breakfast choices. The 14th century building successfully marries old and modern."
