"Far and away the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever been in. Being close to the Highlands is definitely a plus the room was very nice and was equipped with a microwave and as a refrigerator. Modern design with a very nice bathroom. They have a regular elaborate morning breakfast that I think goes till 10 but I did not partake 24 hour coffee station and small things of that nature are helpful. It’s a very nice property and you don’t feel like you’re at a chain hotel."

"My wife and I spent a month at this property with our newborn while visiting family. This property was exceptionally well cared for, clean, organized and well appointed. We specifically enjoyed exploring the trail network behind the cabin and dinners on the expansive deck. The host provided clear instructions and periodically checked in during our stay. "Wonderful home for our family getaway! Great home located in a perfect location to enjoy hiking, boating, shopping and eating. We enjoyed every amenity - hot tub, fire pit, hiking trails, porches, etc. Elizabeth also made the rental process very easy and gave us a list of their recommendations and I think we accomplished most of the list. "We’ve been staying in Sapphire for years and love Whisper Lake. This is our FAVORITE place so far. So much thought went into building this house. The split log exterior, vaulted ceilings, and pine board walls added extra ambiance. The house is situated so one can spend hours outside on the wraparound deck and the kitchen contained everything one could require to eat in. Also, while the drive up to Pine Forest is somewhat steep, the property’s driveway is flat — a rarity in the mountains."
