"Awesome accommodations. Awesome breakfast and lots of room for seating. Great location next to the Blue Gate PAC to see a show and walk back to your room. Nice amenities as far as ice cream, pool room, outdoor space, jacuzzi, place to lounge and relax. The staff was incredibly helpful."
"The "heated pool" surely was not heated! The pool was very cold! Stayed for 2 days and housekeeping did not do such a good job vacuuming the 2nd day. The breakfast was good. Did not have an alarm clock in the room as usually hotels do.The front desk employees were very nice and friendly. Definitely need to set pool heat much warmer!Specifically stayed at this hotel for the pool and was very disappointed was too cold to go in. Pool hours also should be until 11 pm and not 10 pm"
"Our room smelled. They allow pets there so I’m sure that was the issue. Unable to switch rooms. It’s was hot and the window air did not work. Not really friendly. Would not stay there again!"
