Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk. No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew. I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people. This experience has placed your establishment near the bottom. I will mention that the cleaning staff were very accomodating and courteous. "
