Place was just ok. Smelled like other people’s dinner most of the time. No matter if you give your car information to security you still get a ticket and the host doesn’t get back to you about why or what they can do about it. Very disappointed

The bed was broken, still comfortable but nerve wracking. The AC shot out hot air in the same room. Could hear the neighbours party one night then arguing every the next. The walls were all dirty or dented. The host was very responsive. I did get a parking ticket the first morning so hopefully I can settle that because the host did give me a permit.

Great location.
Overall we had a good experience. Parking and entry to the unit were not really clear. The unit itself was set up decent. The shower was very nice. The unit was nice and clean. The carpet is stained. Light patches all over it but it was clean. The upstairs neighbors are noisey. I would like to see mattress protectors on the bed rather than just the thin sheet over the mattress. We felt ssfe it was a nice neighborhood. We would stay again if mattress pads were put on the bed. It’s a great location.
Initially stayed at one house - no control over the temperature and it was a hot summer, tenants above were noisy, traffic noise into the bedroom was terrible. Ad described that I would be the only occupant at the address however the address was split in 2 (not aware of this or else I would not have stayed here). Damage to walls, carpet stained from previous renters (my guess). Parking was included however 60% of the time there were no parking spots available. I had to park on the street or somewhere else. The owner of the rental decided one night to leave a harassing and unwelcomed note on my car which. Another time I had to park on the street and I was ticketed by the town. The owner was nice enough to refund me the fine from my rental cost (I think he did anyway).
At my decision to move out early and request a refund on the cost of the stay, the owner was able to find a different address for me to stay for the remainder. This 2nd address was in a quieter part of the subdivision, no one upstairs and I had a basement consisting of 2 bedrooms/bathrooms (which I only needed 1). Remainder to the stay was better however the ad for the 1st property was not as described and terrible in quality.
Owner also not responsive, after check out, that refund for parking ticket was sent. Attempted 3 times. I guess once I moved out there was no need for him to continue communicating.
Rental beware for this address and for VRBO, fine print shows they are not responsible for the ads.
