We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on. The sofa also had bits of what looked like grass and small sticks on. The main bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs it was as if there was nothing in between to cushion. Lastly when setting up the sofa bed the rug was moved and we found lots of small pieces of glass and other bits of rubbish under the rug. If the cleanliness and Quality of the sofa bed improved then it would be a lovely stay.

Bed was lovely nice linen .. basic facilities we paid a lot more then my friends £10 extra to take your dog .. shower was only hot for myself and cold for my partner same for my friend’s.. needed to find a toilet roll from downstairs as only half in the room which wasn’t quite ready at 3:40 .. ok for one night

Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this property to all who want to explore Plymouth and surrounding areas.
