Felt safe, personnel was very friendly, facility was clean. Maybe a little outdated in some ways but I would stay again. Only negative is there was a nearby facility that had loud music playing late at night (Saturday night).

It did smell like cigarettes in the halls as we walked in but crazy enough our room didn’t. We had the hot tub room! Very cozy and clean with new mattress and the best pillows.

Well managed low budget hotel. Everything in the room was ok, I had a very minor issue that was fixed immediately. Toast, coffee, waffle, cereals for breakfast. Recommended if you just need an affordable place to stay and have reasonable expectations.

My family has stayed numerous times at the Elm Grove, Wva Super 8. It is clean and comfortable. The rates through Expedia for Super 8 are fantastic. We are on the go all day when in Wheeling to visit family, we just use the room to sleep. I cannot justify paying $100 more per night to stay at a nicer hotel such as Hampton Inn. I recommend Elm Grove, Wva Super 8 for great rates and comfortable stay.
