"Even though it advertised breakfast , there was never anything there, not even coffee . I got this stay through Expedia , for my son who was there after a work trip.. I could never get in touch with anyone at the desk, and because he got called away early, Expedia was willing to take the last few days off my bill , but could never get in touch with anyone in charge to verify any information, we tried for days and could not get in touch with anyone to help! I was calling from out of town...

"We were given the last available room despite having a reservation and told we were lucky because there had been an incident in another room. The room was directly off the lobby and it smelled of mold and mildew and was very humid and everything was damp/wet, despite the AC being on. Glad we only stayed one night otherwise we would have had to find new accommodations."

"The very first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby is the carpets need to be vacuumed? After check-in, I went directly to the elevator. Oh my God it was a mess inside. The walls have not been wiped down and I don't know how long. No dirt was vacuumed out of all the corners, the tracks of the door filthy. Once I got up to the second and third floor the car doors needed a good vacuuming. You can tell they have not been had a good cleaning in a while"

"We booked a 4-night stay at the Port Inn through Expedia for our wedding week. The listing showed spacious, updated rooms, but we were placed in a tiny room (about 100 sq. ft.) with barely enough space to walk around the bed or store luggage. It also smelled, and the A/C wasn't on when we arrived. The front desk and owner acknowledged they receive similar complaints, meaning they know the listing doesn't accurately represent every room. We were moved the next day, but only after paying extra....
