"We had a wonderful stay at The Met. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every single day, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. When we checked out, my son accidentally left his watch in the bathroom. The staff were so kind—they contacted me right away and kept it safe at reception until we could pick it up.
