Welcome to one of the first oceanfront and highest quality-built homes in Westport! Expansive views over the ocean await you from its two engineered wraparound decks, perfect for watching fishing and crabbing vessels on the horizon or spotting a gray whale breach. This home is unique in that it offers three oceanfront bedrooms with patio doors leading out to their own private decks. Two separate dining spaces face the ocean, and walls of windows afford breathtaking views from all the main living areas. Bask under its towering wood-beamed ceilings, explore the railed second landings and widow’s walk, and enjoy its ornate stained glass, wood paneling, and solid oak floors. The wood throughout and the wood-burning fireplace give this house a warm, rustic feeling.

Additional amenities include a private hot tub, a treadmill, board games, books, movies, kites, and sand toys.

This vacation rental is the closest house on South Beach to the prime surfing spot next to Westhaven Jetty and Westport Light State Park, and a mile and a half, mostly paved path to the Jetty, Half Moon Bay, and the charming fishing town of Westport. Walk along the boardwalk of Westport Marina, the largest coastal marina in the Pacific Northwest. Gaze at the colorful fleet of fishing vessels and the sea lions at play in the marina, or book an ocean charter fishing trip. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful location with walkout access to beach right from your deck. The house was big enough for our large family and had plenty of space to spread out. We rented boogie boards and had fun playing in the water. The house has plenty of games, books, and fun things to do if not at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and clean sheets. Hot tub was nice. It had sand in it when we arrived but vacasa offered to have someone come out and clean it right away which was nice. Cleaning was good but quite a bit of pet hair left over from a previous stay blowing around when the doors were open. Other than that it was great! Will rent again next year!

Lovely gathering place for any reunion. Nice location, close to ocean an plus! A couple bedrooms had no window treatment was the only draw back, but what a view!!!

Don’t need to take a chair to the beach. House deck is basically already there.

The house is nice and homey, great comfortable seating set up in the living room, the view and walk to the beach is amazing, and the hot tub is great. Highly recommend putting up a curtain rod for the rooms that face the ocean with sliding glass doors. It is uncomfortable not being able to have any privacy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Waterfront Getaway

Our visit to this lovely house was jus perfect for our family girls getaway. Hours on the beach and watching the deer play in the ocean, was great fun. House is very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beach access was very easy to walk and around the house area was very walkable. Had a fabulous time and hope two return next year.

The view never gets old. A terrific family gathering house.

The location so close to the waves is dramatic every time you look out a window. And the short distance to walk to the lighthouse state park, the jetty, and to downtown Westport is terrific. The craftmanship of the house interiors you will not find in newer houses. The kids found many wonderful nooks and lookouts to gather in.

Perfect Beachfront Escape

Perfect place for a coastal getaway. The house has everything you’d need or want at the coast. As soon as we walked in the door and looked out the window we saw sea otters playing in the surf. Lots of bedrooms so no one has to share, large hot tub, dinner table big enough for everyone, large cabinet of games for kids and adults, plenty of bathrooms and towels. The only things I’d like to see is one of those boot brush things by the steps so you can clean your shoes as you return from the beach and a new bbq. The bbq on site was pretty corroded from the salty air, one of our planned meals was meant to use it but we improvised. Still a 10 out of 10, will definitely book again.

On the beach at Westport

This is a very nice house, and it was very clean and well cared for, at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the openness of the layout of the house, not only on each floor, but between floors. There are expansive windows on each floor with great views out over the ocean. We made all our meals during our stay and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. It is beachfront property with just a short walk across the back "yard" to get to the beach. We had a very pleasant stay here with our extended family.

Property is mostly clean but as expected considering up to four dogs are allowed at a time. Male dogs have clearly marked all over the house where only other dogs would notice (IE: we didn’t notice but our dog certainly did). Manager offered to clean but it will take a deep professional clean that will probably require the goose off the market for a couple of days. Otherwise, very satisfied.The fireplace is a great touch for use in the winter but remember to bring your own firewood with you because it is not provided with the rental and is exceptionally expensive to purchase in town; spent about 40/day on firewood.

Fantastic Location

We brought our three families here (6 adults and 5 kids) for our annual summer get-together. Just steps from the beach (and no vehicles on this stretch) made the location perfect for building sandcastles, kite flying, beach fires and just strolling. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room! Our only complaint was the lack of a local phone contact. We couldn't turn on the lights or ceiling fan in the large cental living area and the hot tub wasn't clean. We messaged Vasca, but we were checking out by the time we got a response.

Beautiful, spacious home

This home was fantastic for our extended family retreat - it was spacious and absolutely beautiful view, location can’t be beat. The house was unfussy and clean enough, which we appreciated having toddlers and dogs in our party. The only disappointment was that the hot tub didn’t work, and while customer service responded quickly to texts, they were unable to send anyone out to look at it and fix the problem during our stay. Upon request, they offered a very small refund.

On the beach!

We couldn't be happier with the location of the house. (But, Google Maps took us to the condos next to the house.) Just a few steps and we were on the beach. The babies put their feet in the sand and the older kids rode the waves on their body boards. Caught some nice sea perch while surf fishing, too! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, except for overhead light. Evidently, the fluorescent bulbs over the sink need to be replaced. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean and I was pleasantly surprised to not find any evidence of sand or dog hair on the floor! All the wood in the house is lovely and all the rooms fit our family well!
