"This was the worst check in experience. First, we arrive to absolutely no parking because of a concert being held in another location. All parking was blocked off except for valet which is ridiculous amount due to "event" parking! You get inside, there is NO ONE to assist you with check in. It's all through the computer and your phone! Then you wait while the "prepare your room" then send you a text to enter a code to make your own room card! No human contact at all! This totally lacks customer service and experience. The computer tells us to go to one color elevator bank to find out we could have gone to another elevator bank that was MUCH closer to our room. The next night when we parked our car in the parking garage, it charged my room, then charged my credit card to get out! Yes, I had two charges (two different credit cards, so I KNOW they were each charged) and no human to talk with! Housekeeping did a great job."
