"It is a great and cozy stay. Everything we needed was available. Our only challenge was that the ac unit is in the living space and it was hard to cool the bedroom off. Fans helped, but it took a few hours after sunset to get really comfortable. But we were also in Memphis in July, I bet this is perfect most of the year. "
