"I chose this property as various reviews said "quiet"; however, it was very noisy. All night traffic, a sort of nightmare. Ended up sleeping with ear plugs, head phones and white noise. The toilet space was a tiny 1 sqm kind of campervan type, made in plastic - never seen anything like this before (maybe they are common in Geneve, but it was the first time I visited). There was no fan in the 'bathroom', which is a problem especially because the toilet space was so tiny... Staff was kind enough to let us leave the luggage there for a few hours, but other than that, the stay was not pleasant. "

"Wonderful! Shuttle was there to pick us up from airport. He was so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was also very friendly and efficient. He even wished me a happy birthday as it was my birthday!! Those little extras mean a lot when you have been traveling for a while. Hotel Room was quaint spacious and clean …beds and pillows so comfy. We felt safe and well Cared for. Shuttle arrived promptly in the am and delivered us to the airport so we could make our train to zermatt. Would love to stay here again . "

"Everything in the hotel was great, except for the shower. It only has a curtain, and water splashes all over the bathroom. "

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."
