"Whenever I visit Geneva from Japan, I will definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I have stayed here twice so far. The hotel is located directly in front of Geneva train station, which is extremely convenient. Check-out is also until 12:00 p.m., so you can enjoy a relaxed morning without having to rush. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. When I was looking for a place to have dinner, they recommended a restaurant and even made a reservation for me. It was a Swiss restaurant, and I really enjoyed it because it was peaceful and not overly crowded with tourists. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the large bathroom sink, which made getting ready very convenient. As with many hotels near a train station, you can hear some noise from outside until quite late at night. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend bringing earplugs. One small thing I noticed was that the staff in the breakfast area seemed somewhat tired and less energetic. There was no particular problem, but I did notice a contrast with the very professional and attentive front desk staff. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Geneva."

"ベルンの駅から徒歩で10分弱。全てオンラインで完了できるのでチェックインもスムーズでした。内装が新しく清潔で、部屋の広さも十分でした。シャワーブースとトイレが別なのが良かったですが、シャワーブースの排水が遅く、若干の水漏れがありました。共有スペースには、広いダイニングテーブル、リビングルームとキッチンがあり、大きめの冷蔵庫も備えてあり、コーヒーはセルフサービスで無料、かなり快適でした。チェックアウト後も18時までは荷物を預けられる部屋があるので観光に便利でした。宿泊者にはBern-Ticketがもらえたので、滞在中はベルン市内の公共交通を無料で利用できました。"

"駅から徒歩10分程度、また駅からトラムで一駅、停留所がホテルの目の前なのでアクセスが便利でした。 ホテルの内装がクラシカルで重厚感がありました。 また、朝食がとても充実していたのでつい食べ過ぎてしまいましたが、チェックアウトが12時までだったので、出発前に部屋で寛ぐことができて助かりました。"
