"Property itself was nice and convienent for access to the Waterpark. Our tv didn’t work, but I’m sure staff would have been accommodating had we brought it up as an issue. Staff was friendly and always accessible. Utensils are in kitchen area for use, but my first experience ever having sharp kitchen utensils stored at toddler level. May be a suggestion to keep in the top drawer or even cabinet."

"Stayed in deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the mountainside. Peaceful. Breakfast was simple but good. Fresh coffee all day. All staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located to attractions ( 6 mi from Rushmore) and great restaurants. The room and lodge were very clean"

"I booked two rooms which was perfect for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The room could have been cleaned better, there was urine on the toilet and not vacuumed the best. "

"The hotel was great, this is the second time I've stayed there. The bummer was that the waterslide was out of order. I was bringing a team of kids and this was the #1 reason we chose this hotel. They still had fun in the pool, but I wish I knew that the slide was out of order (it appeared that it had been that way quite some time)."
