"This was such a great property. We spent the days exploring the black hills and the evenings relaxing at our tent. In the mornings deer were roaming and turkeys were gobbling. The nights were cool but the heater in the tent kept it at just the right temperature inside. If you are looking for a secluded get away this is your place."

"Fantastic !! I suppose that wade should invest in a couple new mattresses for the hide a bed and the bunk bed -- but the main bedroom and bed was wonderful. Some of the outside lights did not work, but we managed. The gray water filled up after taking only 4 showers, but we were leaving anyway that day."

"Overall we had a great time at this place. It was clean and super cool. Views from the hot tub/bar were sweet. Property itself as a whole looked well kept. We had the whole place to ourselves basically so that was great as well. Outdoor shower was awesome. On a windy day make sure and shut the door fully as it seems to make a wind tunnel and water will blow out at times. This only happened once but just an FYI. If i was going to be picky i would say they might need a new fridge at some point as...

"House was great for a group of friends to work and explore in the afternoons. Quick to get into town, explore the state parks etc. Lots of wildlife passing through the yard daily."

"This is a nice, clean, and functional space with rustic design features and close to Rapid City and nearby attractions. You can see adjacent homes, but very quiet. There is a large front yard and drive and we saw lots of wildlife. The hosts were fabulous - easy to communicate with and even helped us on day of departure when my car battery died."
