「Very nice cozy cottage for a long weekend in Spearfish for the Fall colors and sightseeing. Just a few minor issues and overall the place was just what we needed. Th information they gave us to self check in with the keypad was a bit confusing and different so we had to call. They were helpful and we figured it out in a few minutes. It seemed like there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders. It wasn't dirty by any means but may not have had a thorough cleaning for a while.」

「We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again!」

「The place was clean except for the rug in the living room that needs to be replaced because that's the first thing you see when you walk in . The refrigerator is very small. The mattress is extra firm which I don't mind but my husband hated and the bathroom sink is very tiny. Don't even try to brush your teeth in it or you will wind up with water all over you and your feet. It's in a perfect location and it worked well for what we needed. Just beware if you're coming with a bunch of food it will...
