"Kitchen was well equipped- beds /linen was very comfortable Only issue could not get channel 7 for mum to watch the Ashes (she is a cricket tragic) but got it on upstairs TV Also downstairs bathroom hot water did not seem to get warm enough for her But there was a work around (she used my shower) Loved the house and look forward to coming back again Roses were beautiful ! "We noticed the “For Sale” sign upon our arrival. In which, our whole family’s “misleading information” impression contributed to our poor experience from this rental property.AC is only available at the 1st floor living area. None in the bedrooms. Neither the heating or cooling will reach in any of the rooms. Therefore, It will be terrible both during peak summer and peak winter seasons. We were provided 1 stand electric fan and 1 desk fan upon our request for our 2 little ones.No WIFI. Ensure that you have enough data for your whole family’s needs. If you intend to check in work from time to time, this isn’t suitable for you. The owner SMSd me advising network is down on the day we were checking in. Though the NBN provider confirmed that there were no connection outages in the area. There were plenty TV, 3 of them. None of them are connected to any stations. Except for the main TV in the 1st floor with intermittent connection. Their 2 car garage can only fit 1 car. As the owners car is parked. Claimed that they tried getting a mechanic to get it working, but failed.No pot holders, and not big enough pots to use for their huge electric cooker, so we used different pots and improvised.Ground floor shower door lock does not work. So make sure to bring your own sign. We would have appreciated if the owner was honest from the beginning instead of making excuses and excuses and then excuses until there was no more response.
