「The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of four. It was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was gracious and very responsive, which made the experience even better. We loved being just steps from a beautiful ocean view and so close to the beaches. We hope to stay here again one day!」

「The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. 」

「All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!」

「We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow. It would be nicer if it was a tiny bit closer to...
