Only complaint was I was admonished by some self important staff person for putting a couple scoops of ice in my cooler to help keep medicine and supplements I travel with cold. Apparently only one scoop is allowed which is ridiculous as after paying $250+ per night I think it's only reasonable that I should be able to get the ice I need. I complained to the manager and he agreed with me. I found out that the hotel sells bags of ice for $8 so now I realized staff was just hustling me to buy a bag of ice...which I didn't need. I just needed the equivalent of maybe a 1/4 of a small bag. Anyway I felt it was a shameful unnecessary hustle of the very tourists that support their town by virtually paying double for everything imaginable. But we all know that's part of the deal when traveling. "

"We had the luxury of a spacious room with comfortable beds and the evening swim and hot tub after long hikes at Yellowstone. Very conveniently located close to the park entrance. Has plenty of on site parking with two elevators for easy room access. Free breakfast is big plus, included some tasty feshly baked muffins from local sources amongst other stuff. Would stay again and definitely recommend."

"My family and I took our first trip out west. We were staying in West Yellowstone and this appealed to us because of its proximity to the west Yellowstone entrance as well as its rustic charm. Great staff, friendly service of fun and neat convenience store with café on site. Very cleanly well maintained and a good breakfast that started nice and early so that we could get into the park by 6:30 AM. Couldn’t have asked for a better first stay "

"We had a great time during our stay! The cabin-style room was impressively spacious, which made it feel very comfortable and homey. We especially appreciated the large refrigerator—it was perfect for storing all our food—and the dining table provided plenty of space for both cooking and eating. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils we needed, along with a hot plate and an electric griddle, which made meal prep easy and convenient. The only minor issue was the lighting; the room felt a bit dim in the evenings. However, that didn’t take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!"
