"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel from the very start. Naomi checked me in. She greeted me by name each day of my three-night stay which made me feel welcome. SHe was helpful and efficient. I appreciated having a place to store my luggage until check-in and was pleasantly surprised to receive vouchers for each day of my stay at the adjacent bakery and bar. My room was impeccably clean and I receive service from facilities immediately when I called with a small issue. The area is safe, the hotel is quaint, and the people are warm. I would definitely stay here when I return to New York! "

"Hi.. the Edison is hard for me to review because it's perfect for me. I travel to nyc for the purpose of seeing as many shows as possible. The location alone is perfect and the beds are comfy. "

"We have stayed at the Marquis twice now. The amenities included is what brings us back. This year we were disappointed in the available tix included in the destination fee. The hop on/off was only available on certain days which did not cover Friday or Saturday. The wax museum and history museum was removed and nothing else was added. For a longer trip (4 days) we were not able to utilize this to its maximum. Other than that, we love the convenience of location to Times Sq, Broadway shows and subway stations. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to this area of NYC. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and more than accommodating. The room was very nice, but it seemed like the thermostat didn’t work. It was 80° in our room every minute that we were there, the window was only opened about 2 inches on each side, so none of the hot air from the hotel hallway could escape. There is no air-conditioning so warning about that. "

"Bathroom water took a long time to warm up drain in shower was clogged shower knob was broken kept falling off not well maintained at all "

"There was a hair on the bed when I first pulled back the bed sheets. No temperature control, it was overly warm in the room. When I used the shower, it went back-and-forth between cold and very warm without me, touching me faucet. All in all, not a good experience. The front desk staff was very friendly.."
