The Space:
Courtyard Oasis is a gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Courtyards In Cityplace Condominiums. Building amenities include heated pool, hot tub, gym, club room, and - the best part - a private breezeway connecting directly to CityPlace, one of West Palm’s most happening destinations with restaurants, shops, cafés and entertainment. This unit has a prime location, just a 3-4 minute walk away to the Brightline Station, 5 minute walk to Clematis Street and the pristine beaches on legendary Palm Beach Island are a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride or even a 20 minute walk.
You have private access to the entire 1245 square-foot apartment. The apartment has a split floor plan and a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. Situated only minutes from the airport, beach, downtown, and the new Brightline train (with stops in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale) this apartment has a great location. Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay and there is a 24/7 lobby attendant to answer any immediate questions. There is an application process required with the HOA to be submitted to the building. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks.

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.
