Fantastic service and staff incredibly welcoming and friendly. Beautiful grounds but room was very cold and dim. Heating not working properly, not very warm. Although staff did check it, it wasn’t very warm and a draft coming through. Lighting in the room wasn’t working and then fixed but very dim.

"Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Overall good experience. The price was good as well I thought for London with the breakfast included. And first come first served parking which saved us £60 at least."
