If you want to stay on times square, this is a great place. The hotel was clean, and quiet. We could not tell we were in downtown New York if it was not for the view of the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was surprisingly cramped-our 2 queen beds basically filled the entire room. The drop off/pick up situation was a nightmare. If you are using your own car, or a rental, I recommend walking to a distance a few blocks away where there is less congestion.
