"TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals. Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced."

"Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I had to change rooms three times before finally getting a room that did not smell like cigarette smoke. I specifically requested a non-smoking room because I have a severe sensitivity to cigarette smoke, so this was very frustrating. Another disappointment was that the room did not have a coffee maker. "We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a family event in RI. This is a big hotel and there were a few events scheduled on the same day of our stay. The hotel was packed. We requested early check-in but it was not possible because the hotel was completely booked. We arrived at the hotel after the family event, there was a convention at an exterior tent.
