"Check in didn’t go smoothly and had to change from a double bed room to a single bed room. After check in, our room didn’t have towels and didn’t smell clean."

"This is a perfect place to stay when in Fayetteville. The staff checking in was super nice. The whole place including the room was super clean and smelled clean. Parking was great. It was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend"

"The staff was very helpful when ask any questions. The tv in the bedroom would not work and the front desk clerk came right up to fix it. There were a couple of maintenance cosmetic issues like the ceiling in the bathroom had peeled paint, doors chip paint in bathroom, bead putty bathroom door. Minor issues like that. But the hotel was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. The exercise room have enough equipment to get in a nice workout. Not have a ice machine was a negative. The...

"Great service and close to a lot of stuff. The bartender at the Mexican restaurant was hospitable!"

"There was a little mixup with our rooms, but they helped us work it out. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. We took the last parking spot and it was very loud and crowded inside. Rooms were quiet, AC was working but still pretty muggy inside."
