"Staff was very friendly during our entire visit. Check-in was easy and quick, and he went over what our stay included. We didn't end up using any amenities other than one breakfast, but it was a nice little selection and the staff even asked us while we were eating how we enjoyed the food. As far as our room goes, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were informed that they recently took over renovations of the hotel, and the only minor issues we had with our room was that one of the outlets was loose, and the one built into the nightstand did not work. The toilet also ran if you didn't jiggle the handle after using it. But again, these were minor and would not change my recommendation. Overall, a great stay in a location close to Milwaukee and the family we were visiting! "

"The jacuzzi Jets were not working, but for the most part everything else was good. Also, the sauna was closed."

"We were supposed to have a handicap room, when the room wasn't as expected, I went to the front desk to get a handicap room. They said they only had 1 handicap room and it was booked until after we checked out. It made our stay incredibly difficult with my elderly parents. They weren't able to take a shower or get off the toilet without assistance. Had I known i never would have booked this hotel. We weren't able to cancel or move hotels either. I would like a full refund. "

"there was a tissue stuffed in the peep hole which was weird. the microwave didn't work so instead of bringing me a different one they wanted me to switch rooms? eventually they brought me one after i told them i was already settled in my room and that it didn't make sense to swap rooms as opposed to swapping microwaves so i wanted to be compensated for not having a microwave. suddenly one appeared."
