「Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.」

「Great place with kayaks and paddle boards, beach, close to Mashpee Commons. Host was great and place was clean and quaint.」

「This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!」

「Loved the sleeping accommodations in the downstairs. All my seven grandchildren were able to sleep together and had a great time. Also, the pool was beautiful.」

「Very nice property in a great location. Loved all the available space and seating, especially the sun room.」

「Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful vacation rental experiences we have had, and we have rented through VRBO many times. We arrived at 5:00 with a group of seven and did not have the code or instructions needed to enter the house. I had sent messages through VRBO and received no response. Thankfully, the owner eventually got back to me with the code, but standing there with seven people and not knowing whether we would even be able to get into the house was an incredibly stressful...

「We absolutely loved it!!!」

「The rental home was very clean. You don’t have to bring anything with you. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, pots pans, and anything you would ever need. It is also close proximity to grocery stores and very walkable to beach access. We’re so happy we found this beautiful getaway. Our pup loves the private backyard.」

「Great location. Spacious house.」

「Overall very nice location and close to the beach, grocery store, and liquor store. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space for everyone. Notes that were posted throughout the house were a little overwhelming, but overall had a good stay. Host was super responsive and attentive. Beach pass is included. If you’re looking to stay in Barnstable, this would be a great house to book.」
