"We have stayed at this property before. This time was a bit of a disappointment. We let them know it was our 26th annivasary and nothing. Have run a inn guests want to feel seen, important. Our room was small for the price we paid. The bathroom shiw was not cleaned with old soap tried on the inside and mold on the ceiling. Mind you this was only one room, the fact tgat they have a restaurant on property is nice. Also a breakfast/coffe place but my suggestion is if check out is at 11 stay open until 11:30 so people can grab and go. Pool and hot tub were nice but check towel you grab for cleaniness. We may not be back next year, for the price we could stay closer to Boston. Also Ferry was not running this time of year (early Spring) on weekends to Boston. "

"Room was nice, concierge was nice. My problem with this and my last couple stays at Marriott is the extra charges. Parking is charged at $20/day - not stated up front, not included and no choice to opt out. No included breakfast - not even minimal coffee. In my previous stays, I forgot my coat in the room and they threw it out (or stole it), extra charges, and unfulfilled promises in dealing with issues. I like Marriott but will be looking elsewhere for future stays"

"This is a rather new hotel with five floors about a four minute walk from the North Quincy stop. Breakfast is fantastic and there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would recommend purchasing bottled water at the nearby Target. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is spacious and nicely decorated."

"I can’t stress this enough… do not book a room here!! Outside the property was gross. There was throw up and broken glass in the parking lot, and dog feces everywhere. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and weed, even though it’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel. We had one pleasant staff member at check in, but the rest we dealt with were rude and incompetent. Our room was not clean, and was without the microwave they advertise all of their rooms are supposed to have. Literally the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had, anywhere. "
