"Upon arrival 15 minutes before check-in, our room was not ready but we were given another similar room right away. A few things concerned me. The headboard of the King size bed had seen it’s better days and had large wear marks where peoples heads would rest while watching the TV. Not pleasing especially considering the high room prices they charged over $800 for 2 mid week nights."

"This hotel has become our go-to place every time we visit Tampa, and it never disappoints! The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and provides excellent hospitality from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making every stay relaxing. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and surprisingly creative, which is always a plus. We also love the pool; it was the perfect temperature this visit and made for a great way to unwind. One thing we’d love to see in the future is a complimentary airport shuttle. They do offer a convenient shuttle to Busch Gardens, which is a great perk, but an airport shuttle would make the experience even better. Overall, we always enjoy our stay here and will definitely continue coming back whenever we’re in Tampa. Highly recommend!"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. I stayed in a 2 double bed room with my two teenage daughters. They were able to use the table to eat on. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. They have a microwave and offer some microwave meals in lobby store along with drinks snacks and toiletries. The breakfast was good. Would stay here again."
