"The hotel smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. There was a large crack in the bottom of the bathtub which was "fixed" with roofing tape. The vinyl faux-wood flooring was a little sticky, but the surfaces generally seemed clean and it was quiet enough. There were no outlets close enough to charge phones on the bedside tables."

"Peeling wallpaper in room. Air conditioner did not cool the room and was loud. There was a generator type sound going on all night. Hallway was dirty and needed cleaning. Room was not cleaned one morning"

"Location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The few staff we interacted with were very kind! The room was clean, no complaints about that at all. My only problems were the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower head was a bit weak for my preference. The mattress felt old and rundown. Other than that, no complaints. "

"The rooms carpet needs to be shampooed consistently! I was told Tempo by Hilton didn’t allow pets, but clearly I was followed by one whose owner was reckless and wasn’t holding its leash! The front desk staff that checked me in was pleasant and explained that I have allergies to pet dandruff. She chose lie instead and say Tempo doesn’t allow them. The rooftop bar is TOP NOTCH!! Just need more servers on the weekend."
