"Indicazioni chiare e automatiche. Si vede una organizzazione ben strutturata, ma impersonale e piena di regole. Il frigorifero era staccato, e poi il check-in era alle 16.00 e il check-out alle 9.00. Mai visti orari così a comodità di chi ospita. Abbiamo passato una sola notte in una stanza pulita, semplice, ma non è pratica per passare un periodo più ampio. Difetti principali: una finestra sul terrazzino dell'appartamento accanto, quindi non apribile; e la seconda sulle macchine parcheggiate....

"Härligt läge mitt i Flachau, bara två minuter från liften och nära till alla restauranger. Vänlig personal som hjälpte oss med liftkort redan i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej, det kunde dock bli lite kö då det inte var så stort frukostområde. Rummet var fint och rent vid ankomst, vi saknade dock diskmedel och diskborste vilket vi tyckte borde finnas. "

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the...

"Amazing family friendly property in the heart of gorgeous Alps. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped, staff was very friendly and the dining was amazing. There are countless hiking / family activity options in a close proximity. We definitely want to come back again perhaps in the winter to enjoy skiing. Wholeheartedly recommended!"

"Cozy and welcoming. Has everything you need. Pool and sauna close by and a big plus. A little tight to get to the car unloading space in front of the house with the car, parking lot is a few minutes walking distance (up/downhill). Not suitable if you have mobility issues (steps to and in the house)."

"We had a top week at Ulrike's retreat. The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. Ulrike took real good care of us with countless tips and plans to try out. Thank you!!"

"The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
