The room was good and staff was amazing too. I wished they had all the amenities in lobby area working throughout. For example the hot chocolate machine which was out of order all the time.

Everything was great except for 1 thing…the light switches. Why are the bedroom and living area light switches on the other side of the room?? You have to walk through a dark room hoping to find them. The living room area switches are on the lights themselves almost 6 feet high. Good thing one of us were tall enough to reach them…

The breakfast was disappointing! There were no refills and no water povided only vending machine. There are no elevators. I was assigned room next to washing area and in basement. The charging ports were also not working.
