Rooms disappointing
"We were disappointed with our rooms. We had an upgrade to a standard room but our friends didn’t and their room was very small. Also there were cobwebs in the room around the ceilings."

"Nice room—small but adequate. Great beds! Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was worth the $15. The location of the hotel was perfect. We walked to the castle, High Street and the Cardiff Market. Great restaurant choices and decent shopping within walking distance. We also had drinks and played games ..."

"Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They went the extra mile to make my partner’s birthday special by leaving a bottle of Prosecco and a card signed by them. Definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the spa."
