About this property
The Heather @ Water 65, Tiny Home walk to downtown
Discover the epitome of relaxation and luxury at our exclusive semi-private adult-only tiny home compound nestled in the heart of Waynesville, North Carolina. Immerse yourself in serenity within our meticulously designed space, surrounded by an elegant 8-foot decorative privacy fence on three sides, with the tranquil river on the fourth, creating an unparalleled ambiance for your getaway. Indulge in a myriad of amenities as you unwind in style. Whether you're unwinding by the fire pit, luxuriating in the hot tub, or savoring the flavors of a grilled meal, every moment promises pure bliss. And with downtown Waynesville just a leisurely stroll away, you can explore charming antique shops, sip on handcrafted brews at local breweries, or indulge in culinary delights at fine dining establishments. This space has all high end finishes and is brand new for 2021. Hardwood floors, tiled shower with glass doors, solid surface counters, unique cool loft with a beautiful king bed, private master with a queen bed, big screen TV over the fireplace, and all the luxuries of a fine hotel. Coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, washer dryer, Bluetooth speakers, covered back porch with ceiling fan and 6 top table, private outdoor grill, the list goes on and on... All guests will receive a unique code to enter the main gate as well as the front door of their home. Nestled amidst the picturesque mountains, Waynesville offers a charming blend of urban allure and natural beauty. Explore the vibrant downtown scene, savor farm-to-table delicacies, and embark on outdoor adventures, with Asheville just a short drive away. From scenic hiking trails to cascading waterfalls, the possibilities for exploration are endless. And for winter enthusiasts, nearby attractions such as Cataloochee Ski Area and Tube World beckon with thrilling adventures in the snow. Best of all, you are within walking distance of Main St. downtown. Only 3 blocks. You are 1 block from Frog Level Brewery, the oldest brewery in the area. The fire pit and the hot tub are common amenities for all 3 tiny homes in the camp compound. You may often use them alone, as most guests will wait, especially in the hot tub, but................. you may be asked to be joined sometimes. You never know. This is strictly an adult-only resort. We do not allow guests under the age of 16. We are also, unfortunately, not pet-friendly. We love our pets, and I'm sure yours is the greatest, but I can't vet them all, and for that reason, amongst others, we do not allow animals for any reason. While we have done our best to make this an oasis and block out the surrounding area with our 8-foot decorative fence, please understand that we are in a residential/industrial area, and you will occasionally see activity at the gas station across the river, and hear trucks at the plant across the street. We feel that it is a small trade-out in exchange for the proximity to downtown and the river. You could find a quieter mountain cabin, but you would drive to everything downtown Waynesville has to offer.

We had a three day stay during our church conference and found this accommodation very good. Located only 6 minutes from our conference made daily logistics work well. Restaurants were nearby and very good as well. Would stay again!!
Simply perfect! A spotless private oasis in the middle of everything. Contemporary, romantic tiny home on the river. They thought of everything! It checks all the boxes!!!!
Wonderful tiny home with all the amenities needed for our vacation! Loved sitting on the back patio, listening to the creek and playing corn hole. The area is walkable to a coffee shop and brewery, plus about a 10 minute walk to downtown with more great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.
We had a blast and loved the cat Amber. We enjoyed the walkability to Main Street. We sat by the creek and had our coffee, and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, as well. Hope to be back very soon!
We love Waynesville, and are SO happy we have found Water 65! All of the tiny houses are absolutely adorable, and have everything you need to make yourself at home while enjoying everything this quaint little town has to offer! We loved the fact that we could walk to downtown, and coffee is just around the corner. We can’t wait to visit again!
All of the pictures and descriptions of Water 65 are perfectly accurate. They’ve thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. They feel much larger than tiny homes! I stayed in the middle home, The Heather. I enjoyed the sweet kitty Amber and had very nice neighbors in the Haven.
I can’t wait to go back, hopefully with a group of friends and rent all three!
