「I was given a room on the second floor. I had a suitcase and sciatica in my back/legs and asked for the elevator. I was told there are no elevators. When I told them my situation, they had to make a lengthy 5-min call to somewhere to change my room to one on the ground floor. No chairs in the lobby. No where to sit. I noticed as I was walking down the hall to my room that the floor was dirty. There are dirt/poop (pets are allowed) stains stuck on the tile. In the room I was in, there...

「It was filthy. Broken glass in the driveways hair and dirt on the hallways. We tried to move to a different hotel and they said they could not help us. We did not stay the second night and lost our money.」

The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.」
